Welcome! My name is Sara Benedetti, I come from Pisa in Italy and I love to cook! Cooking is my passion, a way to relax and feel satisfaction in the food that I prepare. Also it is creative and allows me to invent new recipes, decorating, pull flavors. In my family good food is one of life's pleasures. My paternal grandmother knew how to prepare cakes and delicious dishes typical of Pisa, my maternal grandfather was a cook for most of his life and my mommy cooks superlatives dishes every day. I learned from her my way around the kitchen. I started writing down all the best recipes on a notebook, and after some years I collected about two hundred recipes! Then I asked myself, why not try to publish them? All the recipes are first written in Italian and then get translated in English. If something is still not translated, just come back in a few days!
